1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TipTo website at tipto.uk (the "Website"), the TipTo waitlist, and any related services provided by TipTo Ltd ("TipTo", "we", "us", or "our").
TipTo Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@tipto.uk.
By accessing our Website, joining our waitlist, or registering interest as a partner business, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
2. The TipTo Service
2.1 What TipTo Is
TipTo is a mobile application currently in development that will reward drivers with points for safe driving behaviours. Points will be redeemable for discounts at participating partner restaurants, cafés, and shops ("Partner Locations"). The service is planned to launch initially in London, United Kingdom.
2.2 Current Status
TipTo is currently in pre-launch. The Website currently offers a waitlist for prospective users ("TipToers") and an interest registration form for prospective partner businesses. No mobile application, points system, or rewards programme is currently live or available for use.
2.3 No Guarantee of Launch
While we intend to launch the TipTo application, we make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the application will launch, that any specific features will be included, or that launch will occur by any particular date. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the service at any time without liability.
3. Waitlist and Registration
3.1 Waitlist Sign-Up
By submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you are expressing interest in being notified about TipTo's launch and receiving occasional product updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the provision of any service, nor does it guarantee you access to the TipTo application upon launch.
3.2 Partner Registration of Interest
By submitting the partner interest form, businesses are expressing interest in becoming a TipTo Partner Location. This does not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or commitment from either party. Separate commercial terms will be agreed upon individually with each partner business before any partnership commences.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using any forms on our Website. You must not submit information on behalf of another person or business without their express consent.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
4.1 Your Data
We take your privacy seriously. When you join our waitlist or register interest as a partner, we collect only the information you provide (email address, and for partners: business name, contact name, and business type).
4.2 How We Process Your Data
Your data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you provide by voluntarily submitting your information through our forms.
4.3 Data Storage and Handling
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, Inc., a third-party form handling service based in the United States. By submitting your data, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the United Kingdom. Formspree processes data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. For more information, please see Formspree's Privacy Policy.

4.6 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion. If TipTo does not launch within 24 months of your sign-up, we will delete your data unless you have actively opted in to continued communications.
4.7 Cookies
Our Website does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms and provide a clear cookie notice in compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
